We may pause servers during maintenance, public holidays, or technical incidents and will restore the mobile game as soon as we reasonably can. Extra purchases for cosmetics, route packs, or currency may be available; cost and conditions may differ by item and consumer protection rules apply. We may refuse or suspend an account if information is incomplete, if we reasonably believe play would be fraudulent, or if store rules require it. User-generated names, chat, or liveries must not infringe third-party rights or contain unlawful content. We may remove such content when reasonably necessary. To the extent permitted by Chilean law, we are not liable for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable or for delays beyond our reasonable control, including hosting outages, store disruptions, or public emergencies. Our total liability for a purchase claim is limited to the price paid for the affected item, except where Chilean law requires otherwise.
